It’s been a troubling past few days NBA Superstar of yesterday, Lamar Odom, after announcing that you had been caught up in a world-wind of drugs for some years now even during his high point in his NBA career. After that announcement and the attention that came with it, we learned yesterday that he officially checked into rehab for his problems with illegal substances and substance abuse.

“He realized he needs help,” a source says of the NBA free agent and husband of reality star Khloé Kardashian Odom. Odom’s drug use had been causing trouble in the couple’s marriage, though Kardashian has been focused on getting her husband help.
