Gabby Douglas Will Judge Miss America Pageant
One of our favorite Olympic gymnasts is going to take her talents to the other side of competition — judging.
Gabby Douglas is set to be the new judge on the Miss America pageant, Page Six reports.
“Miss America has been such an amazing event for so many years and I am excited to have the opportunity to judge the competition this year,” Douglas, 20, said in a statement. “The contestants are a great example of strong women across America and I especially look forward to hearing the platforms that each of them will represent.”
We are looking forward to seeing the Olympian give her feedback when the show begins September 11 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

We already knew actress political troll Stacey Dash was the token Black girl for conservative media, but now we have receipts.
In a new lawsuit, political analyst Andrea Tantaros is suing former Fox News head honcho Roger Ailes for sexual harassment and for reportedly subjecting employees to derogatory comments based on race or sexual orientation, according to The Grio.
“Fox News masquerades as a defender of traditional family values, but behind the scenes, it operates like a sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult, steeped in intimidation, indecency and misogyny,” Tantaros claimed in the suit.
Tantaros also said after an on-air argument with Stacey, Ailes told her, “I heard you were mean to the Black girl.”
While these allegations come as no surprise, we will see how it plays out in court.
