Benzino’s Nephew Convicted of Shooting Him
Benzino is experiencing the worst kind of betrayal.
New developments have been made in the case of the reality star getting shot during a funeral procession. Sources say Benzino’s own nephew, Gai Scott, has been connected to the shooting and is now being convicted. According to Fox News, “Gai Scott was found guilty Thursday of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, but was cleared of armed assault with intent to murder.”
Benzino was wounded on his shoulders and back in the March 2014 shooting. Investigators say both men were on their way to the church where Benzino’s mother’s funeral was being held. Scott’s sentencing is scheduled for August 26.
