TV One to Live Stream Muhammad Ali Memorial Service Today

Muhammad Ali is being laid to rest today after a final journey through his hometown. And TV One is giving you a look at the entire undertaking.
The boxing legend will travel through his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, passing by his childhood home to the first boxing gym where he trained and many more places where the legendary boxer spent his early, formative years.
According to reports, the 16- to 18-car procession is scheduled to pass the Ali Center, go by his childhood home followed by Central High where he graduated, continue to the Columbia Gym where he first trained and end at the Cave Hill Cemetery, where the champion athlete and activist will be buried in a private ceremony.
It was Ali who planned his own funeral, reportedly laying out plans several years back. He wanted it as open as possible so his fans would be able to say goodbye. To experience it, follow TV One’s live stream of the memorial service here.

Will Smith, who portrayed the boxer in the 2001 film Ali, and former heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis will be among eight pallbearers, while former President Bill Clinton will deliver one of the eulogies. Live streaming of the memorial service will be covered by Roland Martin 2 p.m. ET.
RIP to the champ.
