Following the release of his “Remember” music video, DMV rapper Chaz French returns with a new video for his mixtape cut “IDK.”
Enlisting the talents of Shomi Patwary, who directed his previous music video, Chaz takes it to the gritty streets of Washington, D.C. The visual opens up with the scene of a robbery in progress, but the robber— along with all of his victims— are frozen in time. “IDK” is off Chaz’s These Things Take Time mixtape.
In a statement, Chaz describes his latest project: “Everybody has some type of struggle and that’s what shapes us as people. We gain strength as we endure the struggle,” he said. “Just know that the struggle isn’t forever and it takes a little longer to get there when it’s real. All of our blessings are coming… These Things Take Time.”
